ATTENTION MEMBERSHIP COMMITTEE: Please accept our application for membership in the Maplebrook I Swim Club for the 2011 swim season. We will abide by the rules and regulations established for the safe operation of the swimming pool, bathhouse, and grounds.
Make checks payable to Maplebrook I Homeowners’ Association and mail to 1256 Sandpiper Lane, Naperville, IL 60540. All memberships must be postmarked by Monday, April 11 to receive the early registration discount.

Non-MBI families on swim team only. The member may use the pool during swim team events
& during open swim if they are 8 or older but may not bring in any guests, including family members.
